Partner Network
IWT International operates through a flexible and trusted partner network. We do not present ourselves as a large internal organisation. Instead, we bring together the right expertise, partners and stakeholders depending on the needs of each opportunity.
This approach allows us to remain independent, focused and efficient, while still being able to support complex infrastructure, maritime, energy and industrial development initiatives.
Our role is to connect, coordinate and structure partnerships around early-stage opportunities in West Africa. We work with partners who can contribute technical knowledge, local understanding, financial expertise, project development experience and implementation capacity.

Technical Delivery Partners
Technical delivery partners support the practical and technical side of project development. They may assist with feasibility studies, technical assessments, engineering input, project preparation, design reviews and specialist advice needed to move an opportunity from concept toward a more structured development phase.
Maritime & Port Specialists
Maritime and port specialists bring specific knowledge of port planning, terminal operations, dredging, marine infrastructure, shipyards, logistics and maritime services. Their expertise helps ensure that port-related opportunities are technically sound, commercially relevant and aligned with regional trade and transport needs.
Energy Solution Providers
Energy solution providers support infrastructure and industrial projects with reliable and sustainable power solutions. This may include renewable energy, baseload power, backup systems, grid solutions, shore power, battery storage or hybrid energy systems for ports, industrial zones and surrounding communities.
Water Infrastructure Providers
Water infrastructure providers contribute solutions for drinking water, desalination, wastewater treatment, industrial water supply and water management. Their role is important in projects where reliable water access, sanitation or industrial water use is needed for communities, ports or industrial development areas.
Financial Structuring / Investor Partners
Financial structuring partners help assess how projects can be prepared for funding and investment. They may support financial modelling, funding strategy, investor readiness, public-private partnership structures, export finance routes and engagement with banks, investors or development finance institutions.
Local Implementation Partners
Local implementation partners provide knowledge of the country, business environment, stakeholder landscape and practical conditions on the ground. They may support local coordination, introductions, permitting pathways, community engagement, land-related matters and follow-up with local stakeholders.
Public & Institutional Stakeholders
Public and institutional stakeholders include government bodies, public agencies, port authorities, development institutions and other relevant organisations. Their involvement is important to align projects with national priorities, regulatory requirements, public-sector objectives and long-term development goals.
Legal & Structuring Advisors
Legal and structuring advisors support the legal, contractual and governance side of project development. They may assist with MoUs, project agreements, investment structures, local entities, public-private cooperation, risk allocation and compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
EPC & Construction Partners
EPC and construction partners support the delivery phase of infrastructure projects. Their role may include engineering, procurement, construction, project execution, cost planning, implementation support and coordination of the physical works required to realise a project.
